Hardwired is made by Ostinato in Nova Scotia, Canada. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
On this website
- The form. If you send it, we get what you typed: your name, company, email, phone if you gave it, and anything you told us about your setup. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare a setup proposal if you want one.
- Ads. If you came from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, the Meta Pixel on this site tells Meta that you visited and whether you sent the form, using cookies. That's how we see which ads work. You can limit this in your browser's cookie settings or in your Facebook ad preferences.
- Hosting. Our host keeps short-term technical logs (like IP addresses) to run and protect the site.
We don't sell your information, we don't add you to a newsletter, and we don't share what you send with anyone except the services that run this site and our email.
We keep form messages for up to 24 months, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
For companies that use Hardwired
- Each company's Hardwired is set up separately. The records it reads — invoices, bank, email, permits, GPS — are used only to run that company's Hardwired.
- We use service providers for hosting, AI processing, voice calls and text messages. They process data only to provide that service to us.
- We don't use your company's records to train AI models.
- The company owns its data. When a company stops using Hardwired, we delete its copy of the data on request, after giving it a chance to export what it wants.
- Who can see what inside a company's Hardwired is set by that company's owner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to brad@gethardwired.ca and we'll answer within 30 days.
